Entrée

Shared entrées to start.

  • Shallow fried calamari, ‘cauliflower giardiniera’,
    tartare foam
  • Beef carpaccio, ‘porcini zabaglione’, capers,
    trompettes des mort
  • Zia Pina's oven baked eggplannt and potato torte
  • Tasmanian ½ shell scallops, pumpkin seed and
    citrus crust
  • 'Salsicce al marsala' white polenta

Mains

Select one from the following.

  • 'Risotto al asparagi crudi e cotti'
  • Whole fish or fillet of the day
  • ‘Spaghetti di granturco’, Tasmanian clams,
    ‘pomodori pendolini’
  • Char grilled aged 1824 scotch fillet, ‘con la vera
    caponata Vizzinese’

All mains are served with potatoes and mixed salad.
