For groups of 20 or more, Sarti offers three different set course menus to choose from. The set menus are listed according to price.

tartare foam - Beef carpaccio, ‘porcini zabaglione’, capers,
trompettes des mort - Zia Pina's oven baked eggplannt and potato torte
- Tasmanian ½ shell scallops, pumpkin seed and
citrus crust - 'Salsicce al marsala' white polenta
Mains
Select one from the following.
- 'Risotto al asparagi crudi e cotti'
- Whole fish or fillet of the day
- ‘Spaghetti di granturco’, Tasmanian clams,
‘pomodori pendolini’ - Char grilled aged 1824 scotch fillet, ‘con la vera
caponata Vizzinese’
All mains are served with potatoes and mixed salad.
