The Hotham Street Ladies (HSL) will concoct another fantastic and flamboyant food-based artwork.
Recent works from the ladies include a cake replicating a pizza box and a wedding cake mimicking a leopard skin rug.
Natasha Frisch will create an elegant paper garden that will 'grow' throughout the festival, as well as a site-specific video work.
Natasha's work employs modest materials to construct models that closely approximate everyday objects and sites, whilst interrogating the slippage between the real and the unreal.
We encourage you to enjoy a tipple at Sarti and explore the works of this innovative and exciting young group of artists who are working, literally, at the top of the town.
