With Lucia and Riccardo boasting a combined 100-years of Italian cooking experience, the event promises to be a memorable one. Join the Momessos for a taste of Calabria in the 1970s vs. Melbourne 2010.
You will learn all about the wild and wonderful cuisine that can be created in a family kitchen, using the finest local produce. Pasta saracca vs. borlotti bean foam, broken spaghetti, prawns and zucchini.
